Compressed Biogas or Bio-CNG is the purified form of Biogas where all the impurities are removed inorder to enhance the methane content. It can be used as an alternative to fossil fuels. Bio-CNG contains more than 95% methane. Bio CNG fundamentally exhibits similar properties of CNG in terms of its fuel properties, performance and emissions. Bio-CNG has very less or negligible impact on the environment.
